..so with the three egg whites left over from my hollandaise sauce, I made these delectable chewy meringues. All you need is a handful of hazelnuts and/or flaked almonds (baked/toasted) and 175g LIGHT SOFT BROWN SUGAR which you might find lurking in your baking cupboard (otherwise easily available).
